Invitation fax to the Consulate addressed to The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Mumbai, India & one copy to us KTP card copy is the ID card copy of the person who signed the invitation letter one to us & one directly fax to consulate front and back page,
Day-by-day itinerary from Indonesia company addressing to CONSULATE GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA MUMBAI, INDIA, schedule date and schedule time mention on company letterhead.
Hotel booking confirmation on Hotel letterhead is mandatory
Return ticket with ticket number

TOURIST VISA

Valid passport last 6 months,
Two visa application forms back to back print sign by blue pen as per the ppt,
Two-color photographs,
Foreign exchange $ 1000 endorsed on the passport is must or International credit card front and back page copy,
Covering letter addressed to The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Mumbai, India,
Return ticket with tkt number,
Covering letter req. on Business letterhead or original Leave letter from the Company,
Personal covering letter from pax add to The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Mumbai, India in details with pax residence address and CTC number on top,
Hotel booking confirmation on Hotel letterhead is mandatory.

Employment / Joining Spouse / Joining Parents / Joining Children VISA

Org passport is valid for last 1 year.
2 visa application form back to back print and sign as per the passport by blue pen only pls do not fill the form as correction is not acceptable.

Org covering letter from pax with full detail and mentioned home address contact number add to CONSULATE GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA MUMBAI, India mentioning Indonesian company name with address, CTC number and what will be his designation.

Letter from Labour Ministry of Indonesia
Contract Agreement copy from Indonesia with the sign by Indonesia company person and applicant
previous work experience certificate copy from 01st Jan 2010 to till dated on company letterhead with joining and leaving date on company letterhead with full address and CTC number
Qualification certificate copy
One way ticket with ticket number
Appointment letter copy from an Indonesian company.
Invitation letter on the letterhead of sponsor company giving a brief profile of the company and giving a brief detail of the total working employees foreigner and Indonesian in that company. Detail of the person whom they are inviting what kind of job/position will be given. Responsibility of Indonesian company for food, accommodation, and salary and the photocopy of the signatory of invitation KTP.
Trading business license (SIUP) of an Indonesian company.
Taxpayers registration number (NPWP) of Indonesian company.
Company deed/contract of the establishment ( AKTA NOTARY ) and related ministry approval of the Indonesian company.
Indonesian company registration certificate
approval letter from labor ministry of Indonesian (TA01)of the company and applicant.
Other than a work visa with immigration approval
A single-entry business visa for 60 days with immigration approval required an invitation from the Indonesia sponsor company and the KTP of the signatory, proposal of visit, and responsibility of the Indonesian company.
Business Multiple entry visa for 1 year with immigration approval required and invitation letter from Indonesian company with the KTP of the signatory, propose of visit and responsibility of Indonesian company.
Single entry 60 days visa for social visit immigration approval and invitation letter on the letterhead of Indonesian company with the KTP of the signatory of invitation letter giving the detail of the applicant, purpose of visit, days of stay relationship with the applicant and responsibility of the Indonesian company /invitation.
