  2. Online visa application form duly filled & signed by pax only with upload Covering letter, Both Invitation letter, Ppt copy 01st & last page, photo, the signature of applicant & tkt copy.
  3. Two-color photo 35x45mm 80% face white background.
  4. Original Detail Covering letter with company intro, appl designation & exact business day to day agenda with seal & sign on 01 page only need to mention a clause “Not providing any technical assistance & Not providing any training or receiving any training”.
  5. Original Invitation letter from Brazil in English & Portuguese Language with CNPJ number & exact business day to day agenda with Notary from Brazil country on both Invitation letter.
  6. Personal Org bank stmnt for last 03 months with a minimum balance of Rs. 01 lakh with org bank seal & sign on each page, bank passbook copy will not do.
  7. Personal I T papers copy for last 03 years with Notary & Home Dept from Mumbai, we can do the same.
  8. Confirm return issued tkt with e-tkt number.
  9. Visa request Covering letter from applicant also on plain paper as per company covering letter & need to mention a clause“Not providing any technical assistance & Not providing any training or receiving any training”.

TOURIST VISA

  1. Org valid ppt at least for 06 months.

  5. Original Covering letter from pax on plain paper with appl designation &  exact visit places in Brazil.
  6. Original Leave letter on company letterhead if working with company intro, appl designation & exact dates of leave with seal & sign.
  7. Personal Org bank stmnt for last 03 months with a minimum balance of Rs. 01 lakh with org bank seal & sign on each page, bank passbook copy will not do.
  8. Personal I T papers copy for last 03 years with Notary & Home Dept from Mumbai, we can do the same.
  9. Confirm return issued tkt with e-tkt number.
  10. Hotel voucher as per tkt,.
